Nonetheless, Ocean Laguna made it easy because their products are solid. Their website claimed that their goods are ocean inspired, and that rang true as I scoped the stylish wave designed, decorative soap bars. But since I am not used to trying out cleaning products (especially ones that seemed a bit feminine upon first glance), I had no idea what I could write about that sweet smelling package.
Did I say sweet? Oh no This is not my thing because I write about wax and sunscreen and leashes not sweet soap, but wait a second. The smell isnt sweet; its clean. Im talking fresh and clean. I can write about clean.
Its more than clean, but what could I call it? Like salt air, claims the company slogan, but my wife was claiming it smelled fresh to the core. That's a quote if I've ever heard one.
My daughter said, Aaaah! So maybe I can term it Ah-inducing. I cant call it invigorating. Thats just a bit too Irish Springy. Crisp is too soft drinky. Sensual is too freaky. How can I write about soap smell for Gods sake?
Maybe I can describe the look. I can find words to bring the cool, blue glycerin to life.
Maybe its perfect for a decoration for a surf-themed bathroom, placed amidst seashells and starfish. Nah, I cant write about decorations because I like to use stuff. I like function not fashion.
So I think Ill focus on the smell after all and mention how my family walked around after showering asking Do I smell fresh? Heck yeah we did!
In retrospect, thisah-inducing glycerine soap and body wash (rife wih sea kelp and "rich in natural marine nutrients and aloe vera gel) that my beach-oriented loved ones put to the test not only made us feel and smell fresh to the core , but the soaps ocean inspired look even added a beachiness to my bathroom, and I cant argue with that.
So I guess I must stand tall and decry with loads of words that dont exist and a plethora of phrases in parenthesis that Ocean Lagunas decorative and clean-smelling cleansing products made me feel a whole lot fresher and smell like a palmfull of the still blue Caribbean. There, I did it. I wrote a full review about soap and I think I'm a better man for it
