I like the shorter version because it's more suited to a quick pre-surf warm up and strengthening regimen, one that doesn't make you sore but rather leaves you loose and relaxed. Muscle stiffness is the surfers worst enemy in the water. The Surf Stronger regimen consists of three levels and culminates a one-stop stretch and strengthen routine.
The music leaves a bit to be desired, but the program is great. And you can't go wrong with training instructions that state "For best results, surf as much as possible." Sounds like instructions for life to me. Produced by Todd Walsh and designed by fitness professional, Scott Adams, Surf Stronger Core Training Volume 2 is a focused, practical routine that left me feeling loose and strong and ready to surf.
